To optimise user engagement and retention for the major mobile game "Real Steel World Robot Boxing" (Reliance Games). The goal was to redesign core gameplay interfaces to increase session length, streamline complex customisation features, and deepen user investment in the ecosystem.

User, Competitor, and Market Research: Conducted in-depth research to understand gaming user psychology and motivation triggers.
Feature Integration: Incorporated "Kamcord," an in-game screen recording service, as a new feature to encourage social sharing and community engagement.
User Journeys & Flows: Mapped out detailed user journeys and flows to identify friction points in the existing gameplay loop.
Information Architecture: Redesigned the "Build Your Own Robot" inventory system to reduce cognitive load and improve navigation.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Created low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to test new engagement features like the "Challenges" mode.
User Testing: Validated design concepts through testing to ensure the new mechanics were intuitive for players.
UI Design: Executed high-fidelity interface designs that aligned seamlessly with the game’s strict visual direction and IP guidelines.

The redesign successfully improved the user experience for key retention features, driving higher daily user activity.
